Job Description
Minimum Education
B.Com, BBA/BBS, MBA, PG Degree
Employee will directly report to Manager Plant Personnel and will be responsible Plant level HR functions like Employee services, HR operations, Employee Engagement, Driving Employee relations at plant. The candidate should be ready to take up challenge in any role/responsibility assigned to him/her.
The roles handled at Officer Level I capacity include:
Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Time Office and Payroll, Legal and Employee Discipline, GWM Assistance, Employee Welfare, Contract Labor Management, etc
