Position Overview:
The Software Engineer 2 is responsible for writing good and scalable code .
Role Responsibilities:
You will be working on Citrix Workspace App team delivering product value to our ~100M+ user base.
You will get an opportunity to work on some of the leading open source code bases in the industry.
Embrace Agile development methodologies ( SAFE ,SCRUM etc.).
Strong self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment with limited supervision.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Prepare test plan, test cases and Execute/automate them.
Engage in continuous learning, both on the job and through available technical training, to develop knowledge and skills
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field with minimum of 2+ years hands on dev experience.
Very good object-oriented programming development knowledge and hand -on experience working with C++ for building desktop applications.
Strong knowledge of basic computer science concepts like Operating system, Networking ,Data Structure, and algorithms.
Expertise in Multi-Threaded Programming, debugging issues using any one debug tool.
You need to have passion for writing good and scalable code.
Experience with Windows Internal, windows services is a plus.
Experience with web technologies like Javascript , typescript ,react etc is a plus
Experience with Crash dump analysis
Looking for candidates only with 2.5 years and maximum up to 4 years
