Web & App Development Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months, with option to extend internship/convert to permanent role
Timings: Full-time, 6-day week
Salary: Paid Internship - Industry standards

Responsibilities:
Website Development
- Handle end-to-end website design & development of existing website
- Translate UI designs and wireframes into high quality code ensuring cross browser
- compatibility, responsiveness and performance
- Assess feasibility and viability of suggested UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- API integrations
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Troubleshoot, test & maintain website and server
App Development
- Design and build cross platform mobile apps and native/hybrid app development
- Writing clean, optimised Android and iOS codes to a high standard, in a timely and scalable
- way
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize
- development efficiency.
- Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the Mobile App
Management
- Maintain project, drafts, files, codes and scripts in an organized manner that allows other
- team members to make edits/suggestions/changes.
- Develop flowcharts layout and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Working on managing the app analytics, database exports, and presentation of app data on
- a day to day basis - prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS report in standardised format

Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Prior experience in developing user interfaces with PHP, WordPress, HTML, JavaScript and AWS
- Working knowledge of application development methodologies (writing code, debugging,
- version control, documenting, testing and deployment)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Preferred: Experience with integration of 3 rd party APIs
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new development tools and work with senior software developer
