HCL is hiring for Hardware Support Engineers with good technical knowledge and command over spoken English language. The client is a prestigious US based Healthcare Equipment Manufacturer organization.

Designation: Engineer Product Support
Education: Technical Graduates (Preferably B.Tech (Mechanical / EEE / ECE / CS / IT) / BCA / MCA / B.SC (IT) background)
Experience: 1-year experience in hardware troubleshooting mandatory
Job Location: Noida
Hike on last salary drawn
Shifts: US Shift
Working days: 5 days
Job Description:
- Analyse and resolve moderately complex Hardware / application problems faced by clients in Timely manner
- Assist in identification, validation, review and approval of customer support procedures
- Documents problem and resolution accurately
- Escalates or hands-off issues to other areas appropriately
- Follows established Procedures and process in resolving the issues
- provides support to customers via Phone or E-mail
- Correctly identifying case categorization and severity definition
- Collection of relevant customer information
- Initial understanding of the incident upon call receipt
- Resolving issues based on information available
Eligibility Criteria
- Only Technical graduates or post graduates can apply.
- Minimum of 01-year experience in hardware troubleshooting is mandatory.
- excellent spoken English skills are compulsory!!
- Must be comfortable working in US shifts (Night Shifts).
This is an international Technical Support profile, so please make sure you must have excellent English communication and relevant support experience.
