Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Operations Business Analyst
Role and Responsibilities :
- Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily interpreted.
- Using statistical tools like SPSS, Python etc to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for descriptive analytics.
- Hypothesis validation using big data visualization tools like Tableau
- Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Collaborating with programmers, automation team and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 6 Months to 2 years of Work experience in an IT firm
- Basic Programming & Software Development Life Cycle Concepts
- Basic Introduction to Agile
- Exposure to Data analysis tools like SPSS, Python etc
- Big Data visualization capability using Tableau.
