FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Eligibility Criteria For Philips Jobs 2021 :
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout without any running backlogs
- 2019/2020/2021 graduates
Job Description For Philips Jobs 2021 :
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on Radiology Equipment (CT/MRI)
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications with good documentation practices
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Meeting Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
- Following all the processes & guidelines within compliance framework
- Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Skills Required For Philips Jobs 2021
- Experience in providing technical Services in radiology space, mainly CT/MRI/Xray
- Networking domain knowledge
- Interpersonal & communication skills – External & internal
- Be a team player
- Vendor, 3rd party activity co-ordination
- Agility & speed for actions
- Familiar with geographical customer base(Hospitals & diagnostic centers)
