Eligibility Criteria For CEAT Jobs 2021 :
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical
- 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout without any running backlogs
- 2017 – 2021 graduates
Job Description For CEAT Jobs 2021 :
- Optimize the use of existing material / alternate material for cost/rationalization/process benefit
- Analyze product failure due to manufacturing process variations and take necessary improvement measures
- Responsible for all the technological activities at the designated area.
- Industrialize of new sizes as per time line- Annual NPD plan
- Review of key product and process parameters and initiate actions.
- Product and process quality improvement.
- Generate quality improvement projects to improve the product performance and process efficiencies
- System implementation, monitoring and control.
- PDCA approach to continual improvement for Productivity, Quality, waste reduction etc.
Skills Required For CEAT Jobs 2021 :
- Provide technical know-how and inputs to the designated sections.
- Analyse TBB/ Non Truck process variations and take necessary countermeasures
- Analytically sound to analyse the data & should retrieve any statistical data available in the system.
- Knowledge of strip winder based on profiles received from Tyre engineers/ Design team.
- Good knowledge in sub assembly, building and curing process trials and tooling management.
- SAP knowledge

Qualifications
- 0-2 year of work experience in software development
- Passion for software development and problem solving; Experience with debugging and testing software through a CI lifecycle.
- High energy, self-starter with aptitude for learning new technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with Java, OOP, and Design Patterns
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
- Some working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with day to day tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
