Sr. Process Engineer - Quality & Process Engineering

Job Summary
To be part of a multi disciplined team providing high quality and high complexity services supporting the strategic corporate initiatives of VWR. The team will consist of individuals entrusted with the task of implementing projects laid out by the senior leadership team of VWR. The objective of the team is to ensure a smooth implementation and a quick stabilization of the process through immaculate planning and effective coordination between functions within and outside of VWRKey Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Mentor, coach and guide GBC Operations teams in implementing & sustaining QMS practices, based on ISO 9001:2015 standards.
· Be the Lead Auditor who Plans, Schedules and Drives ISO 9001:2015 Audits for the entire organization.
· Support Operations in designing and defining performance metrics (KPIs) with Stakeholders and review and revise them at regular intervals
· Partner with Stakeholders and Operations team in GBC to identify projects that aim at improving productivity/quality/turn-around metrics. Project manage transition and migration of new processes
· Support the GBC Operations teams in identifying and implementing process improvement ideas through ABS, Kaizen, 5S, Lean principles and Six Sigma Methodology
· Utilize industry best-practice to measure the maturity of the existing processes and reduce redundancy, eliminate inconsistency and integrate cross functional disciplines
· Drive Operations Management Reviews
· Support Operations to identity & deploy the right staffing level & shift time through FSS Model"
