Internship in Sales
Role Responsibilities:
Subex is focused on building next generation Telecom software products in Augmented Analytics and enables Digital Trust for its clients globally. As a Sales Intern you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for acquiring customers and directly influencing growth at Subex.
Key Learnings:
- Exposure to Domestic and International business
- Exposure to all steps associated with closing a Sale
- Exposure to managing & mastering complex sale cycle
- Understand Sales process, Tools used and Review mechanisms
- Active involvement in Sales reviews, planning and preparation
- Participation in customer calls and meetings, as advised by RVP
- Working with Regional VP to support in Customer engagements
- Contribute to proposal creation, reviews and pricing discussions
- Learn how to conduct Sales demos, presentations and solution pitches
- Hands on experience with Market, Customer and Competitive Research
- Working with Marketing teams on initiatives for targeted regional sales pursuits
- Access to seasoned Sales Leaders for networking and learning thru personal interactions
- Sales prospecting using various techniques from cold calling, running campaigns, events, promotions etc.
- Assessment of learnings thru role plays conducted individually as well as for teams; include mock customer calls, solution pitch, follow ups etc.
- Good articulation skill
- Outgoing, with a flair for salesmanship
- Good written communication
- Logical, with an ability to think on the feet
- Willingness to learn
Eligibility:
- Engineering with MBA
- Year of Passing: 2020, 2021
- Compensation: Rs 5,000 per month for 3 months
- Work Location: Bangalore, unless otherwise agreed
- Selected interns will be offered full time roles, subject to performance.
- CTC offer post conversion is 4 LPA
