Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and build efficient, scalable systems that are used by millions of people.
- Own what you build as you create, test and refine what’s under the hood of our pages and services
- Implement and maintain features, improve performance and reliability in our frontend web experiences
- Interact with Product, Design and Engineering teams to spec, build, test and deploy new features
- Improve testing and reliability by improving existing tests and writing new ones
- Perform Peer Code Reviews
- Investigate production issues pertaining to the user interface to determine root cause and implement solutions
Eligibility:
- You have 1+ years of experience building applications on the web platform with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Expertise in Javascript and any Javascript frameworks/library like ReactJS, VueJS, Angular, Redux, etc.
- Strong fundamentals on Web Standards, Browser Performance and Rendering Pipelines, HTTP and other relevant concepts
- You have a get-things-done attitude and deep empathy for users and fellow teammates
- You can write testable, maintainable code that’s easy to understand
- Ability to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasksYou have a curiosity about how things work
