Role - Desktop Support

Eligibility Criteria
1. Education - Diploma, Any Graduates
2. Year of Passing - Any Passed outs
3. Freshers with good command over the English language (Written and verbal communication) can also apply.
4. Computer Science Background Graduates will be an Added advantage.
5. Willingness to work in Night shift is required.
6. Both Freshers and Experienced are eligible to apply
7. High proficiency in using computers.
8. Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
9. Candidates Should have a typing speed minimum of 25/wpm


Job Description

1. Supervise cases in Ticketing tool queues.
2. Receive P4 Incidents, Work Orders or Task Tickets” in Helpmate.
3. Look into the reported issue/approved work order and address it within agreed SLA’s.
4. Resolve & update ticket after selecting relevant resolution
5. Troubleshooting issues related to Hardware, OS, Standard Office Suite and Browsers.
6. Change management process awareness and ensure it is followed for all infra changes.
7. Activation & de-activation of Data & Voice ports and troubleshooting any port related issues
8. Physically assist in moving and racking/stacking equipment


Required Skills
1. Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power, Influencing ability.
2. Excellent and polite English communication skills.
3. Able to work with a Team and strong drive for result orientation.
4. Good at Computers, should have knowledge of MS office.
5. Good at managing existing customers.
6. Coordination with Sales Engineer & customers.
7. Update & maintain all reports (Soft & hard copy).
8. Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
9. Candidates Should have a typing speed minimum of 25/wpm
