Short Description
Ensure timely development and fitment trial of components like fuel tank, evapo system, and various metal body components as per requirement, meeting target cost and quality parameters. Develop new ideas for weight and cost reduction. Providing innovative and optimised solutions for countermeasure the problems. Effective utilization of available resources to meet the organisation goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise the work content for delivering on time to meet the target agreement.
- Provide optimised solution to the development problems by keeping in mind cost, quality and time.
- Developing self-competency & Ensure skilled and sufficient resources, infrastructure, and processes in order to deliver solutions.
- Guidance to team at design level, development level and assembly level in all technical as well as management level and ensure enhancement in team.
- Provide innovations and creativity putting in mind long term future applicability. Ensure commonality compliant to HMC long term strategy
