- Technology comfort and should be tech savvy. Must maintain a high level of familiarity with the issues like - Internet issues, Connecting Wifi, Equipment Setup, Remote Control Issues, Registering/Creating online profile, Call Blocking, Setting up Email, Email Access issues, Voicemail Setup.
- Ability to investigate and analyze issues raised to provide a resolution.
- Must able to succeed in highly automated environment.
