Role: Presentation specialist
Role description :
The candidate can be a fresher or with minimum experience of one-year from a corporate or an agency. This candidate must be competent to create designs, illustrations and graphics. Candidate must be creative in representing business information and data in a visually appealing manner. The candidate will support the business and client with internal and external presentations/emailers.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and create presentations as per brand guidelines using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Design the layout and information in a neat and condensed format
- Must be able to comprehend critical business information and numbers in form of impactful slides using graphs, infographics and charts
- Align, edit basic content and spelling errors while creating final presentations
- Will support and interact with business and stakeholders for C-level presentations
- Must create ready to use customized templates that can be leveraged during critical business hours.
- Must be able to quickly turnaround final presentations and should be able to meet stringent timelines
- Any graduate/Bachelors in Advertising/Marketing/Creative course from an eminent institute
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must have basic knowledge about brand guidelines and corporate branding
- Experience with visual graphics (data analysis and visualization).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software will be an added advantage (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Highly organized in multiple project management and ensuring on-time delivery
- Must be willing to learn new skills, business nuances and capabilities
- Must be based out of Mumbai/Gurgaon preferably
