Responsibilities :
- Expertise in change management methods and their application
- Understanding of Agile and its impact on the management of change
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels
- Able to conduct detail change impact assessments and work with the business to drive action plans
- Shell IT echo system understanding will be a big plus
- IDSO operations or Project management background will be helpful
- Develop comms & engagement plan
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Manage events/training calendars
- Host sessions: training, demo, show-n-tell etc.
- Agile Knowledge and experience
- Project Manager experience
- Rolling out programmes
- Good Communication skills (needs to communicate with top leadership in Shell)
