Responsibilities:
- Proficient in English Language - written and spoken
- Knowledge of ITSM Production Support processes and Ticketing tools
- Strong communication and written skills
- Knowledge or experience in providing L1 support for mobile applications will be added advantage
- Knowledge or experience in Media & Entertainment domain will be added advantage
- Ready to work from Mahape, Navi Mumbai office in 24 X 7 shifts on a rotating basis
- Knowledge of SOP, Run book documents.
