Roles and Responsibilities Required For Sutherland Off Campus Drive 2022
- Provide Technical Support in a 24x7 environment on-call/ email/ chat support.
- Should be able to resolve production issues and requests based on the SLAs defined.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot NetApp storage hardware issues.
- NetApp FAS series (7 & C Mode) and E series advanced concepts of Data ONTAP.
- Strong knowledge on Clustering and High Availability.
- Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tools.
